  I went in the other day and this young lad Joel was incredibly nice and helpful. I rang today to organise viewing a couple of cameras to decide and buy. I was expecting the same friendly, helpful service, but I got Russell and the complete opposite. I was going to speak with the manager about the rude, belittling, 'go elsewhere' demeanor, but it turns out Russell is the owner. I hope the young lad keeps up his great customer service skills and doesn't take on traits of his boss. If you do need help and are after customer service, ask for Joel.

  Really dissapointed with the services Had a great experience when I first went in, the ladies who served me were very knowledgable and helpful. Had to go back to replace something and was served by Russell who I assume is the owner. He was rude and patronising and I'm not convinced he has a good level of knowledge. He wasn't forth coming if he does. I'll be going back to online shopping for gear and wouldn't recommend people use this store.
