  Stayed at Luma Luma on the weekend - and was bitten all over by an infestation of Bed Bugs living in the matress. Manager refunded half the bill next morning but had left Luma Luma Bed Bug red welts over the body - Duty manager came into the room in early morning to inspect the room and showed him blooded filled Bed bugs, he took phone pics of the bugs and then to make things worse air-conditioning system not working. Manager advised me following day after showing him the bite marks on the body that the mattress had been in storage and was used for the high demand that evening. Not happy about the unrestful evening made me and partner quite irritatingly sick thinking about our choice being there. While the size and kitchenette was a nice surprise and the nice size TV and working fridge, but the savouring taste of the evening was won by the bugs of a 5 star meal for them for a 1 star stay by us.
